INSTRUCTION FOR USE (Trypsin purification)

Important note: All operations were carried out at 0°C-4°C.
Gel volume: 25 ml p-Aminobenzamidine-Agarose.
Sample: Extract of human or sheep pancreas, dialysed against the buffer A (see below).
Flow rate: 30 ml/cm²/hour for loading and washing. 50 ml/cm²/hour for elution.
Binding and washing buffer: Tris.HCl 0.1M, NaCl 0.5M pH 8.0 (buffer A).
Elution buffers: 1. AcONa 0.1M, NaCl 0.5M pH 4.0. / 2. Glycine.HCl 0.1M, NaCl 0.05M pH 2.0-2.5.
