Binding capacity: approx. 20 mg of hIgG per ml of wet gel.
Stability: pH 2-11.
Life time of the gel with routine use: At least 10 cycles without significant loss of binding capacity.
Shelf life of the gel: Several years when stored at 4°C in the presence of NaN₃ 0.1%.
Storage: 4°C.
