PDC KIT - ORDERING INFORMATION
Our PDC Kit is composed of
1) 1 ml Cu-PDC column, 1 ml Zn-PDC column, 1 ml Ni-PDC column, 1 ml Co-PDC column
2) 2 x 100 ml of buffer A, 2 x 100 ml of buffer B as Washing buffers
3) 100 ml of buffer E, 100 ml of buffer F as Elution buffers
4) 1 ml of PMIB for removal of eluted metal ions from elution step
5) 25 ml of the corresponding Matrix, free of metal ions for scaling-up the purification
Important notes:
1) The formula of buffer A, buffer B, buffer E and buffer F will be provided wuth the order.
