Application: interesting for the screening of urinary albuterol residues in meat producing animals or in race horse doping.
Matrix: SepharoseTM 4 Fast Flow.
Spacer arm: 12 atoms.
Ligand: Purified monoclonal IgG4 anti-salbutamol-BSA.
Attachment: at Fc portion of IgG4.
Immobilized ligand: 1,000 µg of IgG4 per ml of resin.
Affinity resin volume: 400 µl wet resin.
Specificity: hormone treated animals - Binding capacity determined by RIA : approx. 60 ng of salbutamol per 400 µl of resin column.
Storage: 4°C, suspension in PBS buffer, pH 7.4, in the presence of NaN3 0.1% (w/v).
