Matrix: TSKTM HW-65S, a polyvinylpolymer (TSK : a registered trade mark of Toyosoda).
Spacer arm: 16 atoms.
Attachment: -NH2 of Protein A or r-Protein A.
Immobilized ligand: Approx. 2.5 mg of Protein A from Staphylococcus aureus (1) or 4 mg of r-Protein A (2).
Binding capacity: Approx. 20 mg of hIgG per ml of wet gel.
Stability: pH 2-11.
Life time of the gel with routine use: At least 10 cycles without significant loss of binding capacity.
Shelf life of the gel: Several years when stored at 4C in the presence of NaN3 0.1%.
Storage: 4C.
